One More Moment is committed to empower anyone raising a child or teen with free access to parent led support and skills training as well as mental health care for themselves.
About Us
One More Moment is a nationwide, parent-led nonprofit organization established by a mother and her son to support, connect and empower parents and families. As parents, we have so much in common, regardless of the struggles that our children face.
Our Programs

Nothing compares to the support from other parents who understand; because of this, we offer weekly support groups, a parent helpline and one-on-one support.

Before we can help our children, we must help ourselves. One More Moment links parents to licensed counselors and provides eight free sessions.

In order to become more effective in our role as parents, we need tangible skills. One More Moment provides parents with these skills by offering the award-winning Parent Project™ curriculum.
